1. Introduction

Welcome to Jordan Passion. By accessing our website at www.jordanpassion.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Jordan Passion Travel & Tourism. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services

Jordan Passion offers travel and tourism services including, but not limited to:

• Private and group guided tours across Jordan
• Airport and inter-city transportation
• Customised itinerary planning
• Hotel and accommodation assistance
• Tour packages to Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, and other destinations

All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed. Prices quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as advised at the time of booking.

A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address once payment has been received. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Info@jordanpassion.com. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund
• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund

Jordan Passion reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances including extreme weather, government travel advisories, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport and any required visas for entry into Jordan
• Obtaining adequate travel insurance prior to travel
• Informing Jordan Passion of any medical conditions or special requirements
• Arriving at designated meeting points on time
• Respecting local customs, laws, and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

Jordan Passion acts as a tour operator and is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss of property, or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or acts of third parties.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Jordan Passion and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
