We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (March–May and September–November). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the tour start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a partial charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Queen Alia International Airport for approximately 40 JOD (~$56 USD). If you purchase the Jordan Pass before arrival (starting at 70 JOD), your visa fee is waived and entry to 40+ attractions including Petra is included. Check our Visa Guide for details.

The best time to visit is during spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) when temperatures are comfortable for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Summer can be very hot (35–45°C), while winter is mild but cool, especially in Petra and Wadi Rum at night.

The official currency is the Jordanian Dinar (JOD). 1 JOD ≈ $1.41 USD. Credit cards are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and shops in major cities. ATMs are readily available. We recommend carrying some cash for smaller vendors and tips.

Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, light layers (it can get cool at night), a reusable water bottle, and a camera. For Petra, bring sturdy hiking shoes. For Wadi Rum, bring warm clothes for desert nights. Read our full Packing List Guide.

Arabic is the official language, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants. All our guides are fluent English speakers, so communication is never an issue.

Each package varies, but typically includes: private air-conditioned transportation, English-speaking driver/guide, hotel accommodation (for multi-day tours), entrance fees to listed sites, and the activities described. All our tours are private by default — it's just you and your travel companions with a dedicated driver/guide. We do not mix you with strangers. Group tours can be arranged for larger parties at discounted rates.

Yes! We offer private airport transfers from Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) to any destination in Jordan. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name sign. This service can be included in your tour package or booked separately.

Yes, all our guides are licensed by the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism. They are local experts with deep knowledge of Jordan's history, culture, and hidden gems. Many have 10+ years of experience in the tourism industry.

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and cash payment on the day of the tour. For multi-day packages, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due upon arrival.

For day tours, full payment is due before or on the day of the tour. For multi-day packages, you only need to pay a 30% deposit to secure your booking — the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Jordan.

No. We believe in transparent pricing — the price you see is the price you pay. All included services are clearly listed on every package. Any optional extras (like meals, tips, or personal expenses) are always clearly stated upfront.
